Company Profile
Ever Perfect Systems, founded in
February 1986, is a USA-based manufacturer and distributor of computer related products.
With partnership ties to manufacturers in United States and Taiwan, Ever Perfect Systems
is strongly qualified to grow and prosper in the highly competitive computer industry of
the 1990's and 2000’s.
Ever Perfect Systems has been supplying quality
computer systems and computer peripherals to Corporations, Government and Educational
institutions in Arizona since 1986. We have a great market share of the Arizona PC
business. The company provides complete solutions for all size of companies and
institutions. The well known EPS brand of computer is a trademark of Ever Perfect Systems
and its associates.
Located in Tempe, Arizona, our corporate-owned
11,500 square feet office building is used for corporate offices, sales, services,
production, technical support, and warehouse. The company is expanding into a 21,000
square foot building and will move in late 1999. The warehouse adjoins our production
control, inventory control, and technical support departments, facilitating quick response
as inventory is needed.
We have a full production line with a capacity of
integrating and testing sixty (60) systems in a day. Our product line includes the
KeyMicro® Brand of Desktop, Server, and Notebook personal computers.

 Computer Distribution Division |
 |
EPS is currently distributing
computer and computer related products to a myriad of customers throughout the state of
Arizona. To enhance and expand this service, EPS is offering complete computer networking
on both the Novell and Microsoft platforms. This expansion will allow EPS to enter new
markets with a complete computer solution. To this end, EPS is aggressively
attacking the State, Local, and Federal government contract business. Already EPS has
acquired vendor status with the Federal Mohave District and is currently occupied with
several smaller State contracts. The addition of these accounts, and others, will provide
significant increases in the bottom line profit for this division. |

Division |
| While EPS has only been involved in the Internet
Web services business for the past two years, it has recently expanded into free e-mail
services and custom web database design. Free e-mail, together with the already well
established Infozona search engine, promises to increase customer awareness of EPS a
substantial amount. With this new found awareness, EPS plans to increase its custom Web
design and database revenues well over those reported in the last Fiscal year. |

| Technical Training Division |

This is a recent venture for EPS, having a
beginning in May of this year, but it already promises to be a profitable expansion. This
technical center will be manned by a minimum of three certified instructors and will be
offering extensive professional training courses in various software programs. These
courses will include: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Application training, Computer
programming (Visual C++, Visual Basic, Java, Active X, etc.), and several other courses as
demand requires. This division is a profit oriented division and should contribute
substantially to the growth of EPS. |
| Computer Service Division |
| The Perfect Computer Service Center was Begun as
the need for quality repair of computer systems and peripherals became an issue for our
clients. To satisfied this need in a tangible way, we now offer complete servicing and
repair of most computer systems and peripherals, including: monitors, printers (of all
varieties), UPS’s, notebook computers and a myriad of other lesser know components.
This division is also capable of performing component upgrades on all networks and
non-proprietary computers. |

After 8 months of exhaustive research and
analysis, combined with extensive product experimentation and application studies, the
company has entered into a contractual agreement with the patent holder of SA-1, (soil
additive and stabilizer). This contract guarantees the company exclusive selling
rights to the Pacific Rim Countries, including Taiwan and Mainland China. With this
contract in hand, we have established sales and warehouse facilities in Taiwan and is
currently founding distributorships throughout the region. SA-1 is an additive that
allows the use of native soils in the construction of roads, thus eliminating the need for
other, extremely costly, imported products. SA-1 Can reduce the cost of road
construction up to 50% while maintaining extremely high profit margins (several hundred
percent). Within a year this division alone should match and exceed the revenues from all
the other divisions combined. |
